Our Basic Package Quote is for Race Timing:

Basic Packages:
Included: up to 150 Racers & $1.00 per racer there after..

· All required personnel to run and supervise the timing services
· Race day tabulation of award winners and overall results
· Results showing Champion Chip time (net time) and/or gun time (actual time) if your race is a chip timed race.
· Awards based on gun time.
· Custom reports (available upon request)
· Results forwarded to media chosen by client
· Electronic copy of results
· Results posted online
· Assistance with packet pick up and race day registration
· Logistics for race day event
· Supervise race day set-up including registration, packet pickup and refreshments
· List of Volunteer positions recommended for event

Most races will require travel expenses and one night in a hotel near the race site.

Final Price Can Vary Depending on Service Package

Any race that has a second race being run at the same time ( 5k&10k runs, triathlon & 5k run etc) will be charged an extra $100. for the second race set up, timing and results.

Chip timing will be more expensive than our standard computerized timing, but is available if you are looking for a chip timed race. Ask for a quote for this service.

Here are some other services we offer:

· An impressive inflatable finish arch for larger races. Advertising space is available on the arch or a smaller and more portable finish line. (see photo below).
· Digital finish line clock display and starting horn.
· Assistance in distribution of race brochures/entry forms to ‘runner friendly’ locations.
· Coordinate T-shirt order.
· Receive/Pick up registered entries in order to build a race participant database (with database management only).
· Race Directing Services Assistance in race planning proceedings including up to ten meetings.
· Assistance in promoting your race in various calendars, publications and websites.
